Teachers continue to teach to rooms full of students who are physically present, yet do not learn. In order to successfully create life long learning experiences, teachers need to learn the art of becoming storytellers, in order to enhance emotion, memory, context, and attention. By introducing narratives in teaching, concepts are retained and anchor students to classroom memories that expand far beyond the boundaries of school.
