School leaders of all IB programmes are invited to explore how the IB learner profile (IBLP) is used for school leadership, international mindedness and positive school culture. We will discover how the IBLP is used to support international education and the IB philosophy. Participants will take part in a leadership activity to create their own IBLP for school leadership. Resources will be shared in English and Arabic to develop your own IBLP for school leadership. Kindly bring your laptops.
