This workshop will engage participants in understanding the concept of aspiration. It will provide strategies in developing key learning dispositions to support the academic and occupational trajectories of children and young people in our global world.

By the end of this workshop participants will be able to:
- Understand what we mean by aspirational identity in learning.
- Support young people in acquiring positive learning dispositions, relevant for the 21st century.
- Identify strategies to develop positive mindsets for learning.
